Is there a bug? I don’t see a single curated example from the list or map that I can click and use?

We are still working on the templates. If you want to start from furnished room, you can pick a post with graphics and press "start with this design".

You can try fully designed room at https://cona.design/demo

We will make sure to add more templates tomorrow.
