She should sue and get a ruling on this kind of intimidation in order to protect the free speech of others in the future.

Would she win nowadays ?

It's free speech against the government, so hard to imagine this SCOTUS ruling against her.

EDIT: Nvm, just saw the birthright citizenship vote. Some of SCOTUS can't read or are voting in bad faith.

If I were in her shoes I’d take it down and create a new post as soon as they left.

Every instance of them harassing her over each post gives her a mountain of evidence to sue the government and retire on the proceeds.

Just look at the settlements for everyone who was fired over Charlie Kirk posts
