Yes, AppKit/SwiftUI, but there is also rust.

Swift / Metal. I vibe coded a wgpu version for the grid, but then switched to Metal.

this is luxury not a need, its great for dev who want to customise their terminal if I'mm getting you right.

even for devs, the one who loves to customize probably already has put effort into something, it would be nice to find a reason to convince them to migrate
