Would you share your interviews anonymously to attract recruiter interest? (sourcedonce.com)

I'm building Sourced Once (sourcedonce.com) — a marketplace where engineers actively interviewing can make that momentum visible to other recruiters, attracting interest from more companies.

You being in one or more interview loops is the strongest possible signal to a recruiter. But today that signal is completely invisible — and that information asymmetry consistently hurts candidates.

I have ~50 recruiters from post-Series D and public tech companies already signed up. Candidates are always free, and they stay anonymous till they accept an interest.

Would you use this? What would make you trust it or not?

Why did you build this?

It seems designed to help the people who need help the least. I hate it.

Thanks for checking out the website. I agree this product is not for everyone, if you are interviewing with atleast one company or have strong references, it can help you get recruiter interest from other companies sooner, rather than waiting to be discovered by each company.
How did you determine that was a good target market?
