I was a little surprised when they abandoned the last attempt just as AI was starting to get really good at this kind of thing.

I'm guessing that it had started with some older tech, and that it was easier to scrap it and start over.

If it's really successful, they could add it to the app and the kiosks. I'll have a double cheeseburger, onion rings and a large orange drink.

One of my vendors who I have to call a lot for biopsy emergencies recently change from a phone-tree with a keypad directory where you type in your party's extension to an AI-voice recognition system and you CANNOT get through to the correct person AT ALL it is infuriating. You ask for Bryce Martens and it sends you to someone totally different. There's not even an option to type in the correct party anymore.
