The entire administration has been built around testing the proposition that the US is the indispensable country. Its supporters believe that we've allowed everybody to take advantage of our good nature, and that if we push back, they will be compelled to pay up.

I'd say it was pretty obvious that that wasn't true, but regardless, we're putting it to the test. The test is costing a lot, but I hope we're at least learning from it.

So Huang is moving toward China being the epicenter of AI.
