Why would they even want to use AI for this? Is the goal to automate the graduation ceremony so faculty don't have to show up? I mean ceremonies in general are not essential, if you want to optimize, you can just not do them at all.

Im thinking they too (the faculty staff) had a mandate to use AI and here’s the result

Such a sloppy job they did. It was an easy job for a human that was simply thrown at AI without care.
