I've been on both sides of the software developer technical interview. It's pretty clear to me that LeetCode-style interviews aren't a good proxy for day-to-day work. Years ago, I switched to conducting code review interviews. These gave us much better signal and candidates seem to enjoy them more. Please try out my platform to conduct code review interviews.
