Not to rain on your parade, but the proper, traditional filename would be README. I know the AI bro's are too cool for school, but trust me; README is where it all started.

README -> notes to another programmer Manpages -> notes to admins/users on a particular tool's usage Info -> tutorials/howtos/cookbook/recipes is how I had *Nix conventions taught to me.

Then at some point we killed the tech doc writers/stopped WTFM, and someone reinvented things anyway.
