How it works: paste a job description → AI generates a custom interview plan → candidates self-schedule via a public link → AI voice agent conducts a structured interview → you get a full transcript + scored report.

The hard parts: - Getting the AI to ask exactly one question at a time (not dump 5 at once) - Making the voice feel natural, not robotic - Keeping scoring auditable and bias-free
