My knee jerk response, based on what I've seen is "no", but upon reflection, that's not correct.

LLM's will write code that's median almost by definition. What will happen is that code quality wii have a smaller standard deviation. Not as much terrible code, but enforced, uniform "best practices" will prevent excellent coding.
