I built this for a hackathon after analyzing Hacker News data from 2020–2025, and some of the patterns around front-page posts were more interesting than I expected, so I’m sharing it here. A couple of notable data points: the highest-upvoted post in this period was about Sam Altman being fired from OpenAI (5,000+ upvotes), and weekends turned out to be a surprisingly good time to post! Following my own advice for this post. let’s see how it goes xD |
