With vanity presses being a thing since around the 2000s, I'm surprised Amazon never setup a pricing structure where they would take a smaller percentage from the sale of your eBook in exchange for allowing them to do dynamic search replacement over named entity recognition on identified keywords. (pepsi -> coke, PC -> Mac)

I'm only half joking.
