- Developer (implementation) Each agent has a distinct personality and expertise. They discuss, debate, and collaborate - like a real team. The result: hoki.help - a donation platform for HoKi NÖ, a children's hospice organization in Austria. Stack: Next.js 14, Tailwind, Stripe Checkout, Vercel What worked:
- Natural conversation instead of prompt engineering
- Agents challenged assumptions I would have missed
- From idea to production in days What surprised me:
- My son picked it up faster than expected
- The structured roles prevented the usual AI chaos
