I play MTG (Magic: The Gathering) and find the quality of AI tools in the space quite low. The reliability isn’t there, and the overpromises (e.g., automated deck building) vs. the reality (pulling 100 cards from EDHrec) lead to a negative reception. This contributes to the community feeling that AI just outputs slop because “it doesn’t get” Magic. I’m trying to improve the status quo by using RAG, and I found it brings better results than most “smart search” tools. Feedback welcome :) |
