How did (US Military) turning off/( or interfering with ) Venezuela power grid SPECIFICALLY help capture Maduro?

WHat difference could UPS ( Un interuuptable Power Supply's ) have made? Maybe UPS at certain military locations Maybe UPS at certain communication systems / public communication - like mobile networks? Military communication system? At Maduros actual residence ? for lighting and other uses ?

I feel like the biggest takeaway here is that this would require a large planned infrastructure attack, going against the Admin's current narrative that this was "not an act of war on foreign soil".
