Show HN: Radiotron (alpha) a Fast Medical Segmentation and Visualization Tool

Some years back I was working on a medical imaging project and was frustrated by the lack of available tools for segmentation that are simple to use and fast. Because of this frustration I started working on a medical image segmentation software with a focus on performance and simplicity. It's still early in development but I decided to release an early alpha version and hopefully get some feedback from anyone that might be working in a relevant field. There are several directions I could take, but what would be the minimal set of features that would make this tool useful for you? Any feedback is welcome!
