Indians are spending $100k to get into US through illegal border crossing. https://youtu.be/jdgvUiw5yXU There will be lot of them ready to pay $100k to get H1B by under the table payment with the companies.

People who are paying $100K are not qualified as per education or job sponsorship standards of H1b. So, they are two different audience.

You can compare the $100K payers with new Trump gold card scheme, many will take it if there is no other condition except money.
