It'll be interesting to see what this substantiates to.

This reads to me like a potential allowance of non app store payments in apps without a cut for Apple (or a reduced one) and potentially alternative app stores.

Hoping against all else that this forces Apple to build us a gate in the garden walls and allow other app stores. Platform control is market manipulation.
