Made this local tool for rapidly refreshing the color palette of UIs I work on. Takes a 16 element JSON (color0-color15), like the ANSI escape code spec, and fleshes them out into Tailwind color overrides and semantic aliases.

Use this to make the web more weird and colorful :)
