- Loads an opinionated PM workflow via .clinerules

- Auto-creates pm_project_docs/<name>/ and artefacts (Opportunity Brief, MVP Scope, etc.)

- Stores everything as Markdown so docs ride in git with the code

- Tracks progress in pm-progress.json for instant context recall
