Show HN: UpToWhere – Visualize What You Can See from Any Point on Earth

The idea came to me after spotting the sea peeking through mountains on a drive near Barcelona. It left me wondering what else was visible from different locations.

Some of the features I later added include 3D maps, sun path calculation, adjustable elevation (calculate from a drone/plane POV), and mountain detection.

Super cool! The interface is a little slow and navigation on the 3d map could be improved, but still I like it. For example, I think the view should be anchored to the pin and when I drag the map it should behave as if I'm turning my head around or up/down. Don't make me use different controls for different movement directions because it's hard to navigate that way.
