Show HN: AlphaFold 3 runs on Tenstorrent Wormhole now

Boltz-1 is an improved version of AlphaFold 3 that is fully open-source. TT-Boltz is my Boltz-1 fork that runs on a single Tenstorrent Wormhole card.

The goal is to free biotech from complex hardware, proprietary software and dependence on a monopoly.

Current runtime:

  - AMD Ryzen 5 8600G: ~45 minutes
  - Tenstorrent Wormhole n300: ~10 minutes
  - Nvidia T4: ~9 minutes
  - Nvidia RTX 4090: ~2 minutes

We didn't even start writing low-level code yet and Tenstorrent Blackhole was just released. I'm confident we'll get to 2 minutes.
