Between that, the Adobe shenaningans, the fact that performance has been at an all time worse, their new UI is a complete regression, all while they're focused on anything but their design tool (they would rather make a bad whiteboard and a slide editor).
Crazy how they managed to ruin all the sympathy and appreciation I had for that company.
How do people respond to these things when it seems like Figma's lawyer here just sees a string they think they own... doesn't seem like they did much thinking already?
I'd double-check that their claim doesn't apply to my usage and if I'm confident about that, I'd reply saying so and just carry on. There's no need to do more unless Figma (in this case) decides to press the issue.
