That looks a little like you've come up with Sidekick but for smartphones - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borland_Sidekick

Thanks for the reminder, the power and performance of Sidekick were amazing, and it just lived in RAM…one hotkey away - it was revolutionary.

I miss that era of lighting fast utilities.
