Attempt to create service called Diagox (Dialog go exchange) as scalable Ingres Service for your SIP/RTP (VOIP) infrastructure, but not over complicating it with features. Can be look as simple(modern) configured gateway or switch for your calls with integrated monitoring traffic or exported APIs. It is not yet whole picture, but I will appreciate some feedback if you have interest.
