Show HN: A beta platform for creators that links tipping to tree planting

Hi HN! I’ve been building software for years and hosting a tech podcast on the side. Over the last two years, I’ve also been working on PlantYourTip, a simple platform (currently in beta) where creators and small businesses can receive tips, and part of each tip goes toward planting trees through a third-party partner "Ecologi" with an official record and certificate on their site. The same page can function as a mini “Link in Bio” for sharing social links.

I started this because I’ve seen how creators struggle with direct support methods, and I care deeply about environmental issues. By blending both needs, supporting creators, and caring for the planet. I hope to make tipping more meaningful.

I’d like to integrate some AI-driven features soon which I am so exited about.

It’s not widely announced or marketed yet. only a few friends have tried it out. so I’d love your thoughts or suggestions.

Such a cool idea, can we pay in crypto?

I’ve definitely thought about connecting with crypto and even creating a token for payments, but I’m not sure if I can make it happen right now. Unfortunately, due to legal restrictions, I can’t use crypto at the moment.
