I built this product last year when my parents found a unit with 1.3m land value for sale for 825k. Similar properties have already sold for land value in the area when the whole block was sold to developers. This tool is to find these opportunities in bulk, without tediously looking at real estate listings one by one and using slow clunky government land value search tools.
