Not really. In this case it would be best to submit a "Tell HN: Billing is down at the Gandi domain registrar" and provide details in the text. People that have accounts on that site would know where to log in and test.
Your call. They get a lot of emails and often have a backlog. If people find they can log in OK then it may get flagged, otherwise I'd just leave it. Perhaps not many people log in Sunday evening.
https://status.gandi.net shows all green, but:
- can't add or remove credit cards
- balance refill charges the card, sends no emails, account balance stays at $0
- at https://admin.gandi.net/billing/ you can't view invoices/orders etc with CORS error:
Access to script at 'https://assets-admin-gandi.global.ssl.fastly.net/billing/dis...' from origin 'https://admin.gandi.net' has been blocked by CORS policy: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header contains multiple values 'https://admin.gandi.net,', but only one is allowed.
(edit: yes, I've double-checked and that's the actual Gandi website)
