Zero chance. He’s deeply unpopular and bungled the coup. (CIO is probably overplaying its hand pushing for an arrest like this.)

this is all about momentum. Popularity has little to do with it, and besides which can only be measured via an election. Longer it goes on, better the chances for Yoon
