This sort of implies that the number "one" matters. Does it?

Superficially it seems that blocking one domain name isn't significantly simpler than blocking a list of domain names, such as one might get from mastodonservers.net. But that's a ten-second reaction.

Do censorship authorities historically have a problem with blocking lists of domains? Is it (again, historically, based on experience) easier to block a single domain and achieve whatever the goal may be?
