Lol not really. There are lot of historical companies which made it big with connections to the govt. Almost every single country has them.

The fact that is a tech company is coincidental. Even if it was an ice cream business it would succeed.

The employees, especially like the folks writing this article have zero to do with it's "success", which itself is questionable I think.

Really weird for me to see someone talk about 2015 like it was "early days" at Palantir, having been there mid 2009 to early 2014.
