Finding a new SWE job sucks. I know from going through several grueling job hunts myself how exhausting it can be—especially if you're juggling a day job or coursework.

One of the biggest pains in the process is having to send out endless applications. In 2024 many candidates have to submit hundreds of applications in order to land a role. Filling out applications is a time-consuming chore that could be better spent on interview prep, networking, or watching paint dry.

I created MassApply to relieve SWEs of this tedious duty. MassApply handles the bulk of applications for job-seekers. Candidates fill out a form with their preferences (title, location, minimum TC, etc.), and we submit applications on their behalf.

I like this idea! I would pay for this when it is stable. Specially filling out workday applications. And If I can select the job myself from LinkedIn.

There is another company https://scale.jobs/ which does what you described. They have a chrome extension which you use to delegate jobs to them on linkedin and they apply for you. It effectively adds an easy apply button to every job.

To speed up job applications that you do yourself I would recommend https://simplify.jobs/. Their application autofiller is free and performs well on workday in my experience

Do you find linkedin sufficient for finding jobs? Or do you typically check company career pages too?
