iTerm2 is the only software that keeps me on macOS. The tmux control mode is godsend. I’m afraid of the day that Apple makes macOS so bad that I have to switch.
Same here. Actually, it's not the only one keeping me on macOS but so far every time I thought about switching, the lack of a good terminal with control mode has had veto power.
Tmux control mode was contributed by the iTerm2’s author and so far no other terminal has implemented this. Every time I see a new terminal emulator, I immediately check for this functionality.

TIL, I didn't know that!

That's a neat feature, too bad I moved to Wezterm just so that I can sync my config between multiple OSs and devices easily.
This is super cool. Does anyone know a way to get the status bar at the bottom of the window? At the top, it messes with my visual perception of my tabs.

Edit: Found it! Under Appearance, there's a setting for "Status Bar location" as top or bottom.

Woah. Never even knew.
