The page is so utterly confusing. I’m just going to quote sections of it:

> No, the image compression service is completely free to use.

---

So which is it? Is it “100% free” or is it paid? Did you launch it, or is there a team behind it? Are you just copying generic marketing copy?

I looked at your HN account, and recommend you read and follow the HN guidelines lest you get banned:

> Please don't use HN primarily for promotion. It's ok to post your own stuff part of the time, but the primary use of the site should be for curiosity.

It's free. Premium comes with unlimited file processing per day
So it is not “100%” or “completely” free. It is limited, or a trial. Describing it as anything else feels disingenuous.
Hey there! I'm launching one of my tools here. It's a bulk image compressor that can compress JPG, WEBP and PNG files without losing transparency. Give it a try!

It's 100% privacy-friendly, meaning your images don't go to any server to be compresed. Everything happens on your device.

All other tools out there keep a copy of your image on their server while compressing. You can't be 100% sure that your image will be deleted afterwards.

But if you use this tool, I guarantee that your images never leave your computer. They stay on your device and are compressed there. Hence, it's 100% privacy-friendly. Plus, it's free!
