It needs to have a better TTY, and unless there's a legal requirement I would prefer it just says it is my receptionist, not a 'virtual receptionist' or anything that would indicate it is an AI. At least make it an option please.

Please no. It is so annoying to deal with an AI that doesn't even realize it is an AI.
I was chatting with a support rep (which turned out to be an AI) when my bike rental broke down. I was asking it to end my rental so I could get another one, and it just kept referring me to support pages, even making up support pages and being completely unhelpful. That was when I realized this was an AI, and I was able to ask for a human customer service representative.
If I knew it was an AI before the conversation started, I would have saved everyone a bunch of time.
