Okay, but that’s just a dick move from the franchise owner to charge eleven arbitrary cents for a label.

I was at a UPS store recently and overheard a conversation about returns.

One customer would buy clothes, wear them 6 months, then return all of them.

In my country the return period is around 10-14 days. What is the return window in US ?

It is not uncommon for us online retailers to have a return policy of 6 months to 1 year, so may have more. Free shipping + flexible returns is partly how online stores remain competitive
