Looks good, I have seen many people using Featurebase for this.

One feedback - The first screenshot should have some legit feedback as a product demo, the gibberish in the image is not very appealing.

Thanks alot. - I am not really trying to build featurebase though(initially i did). I am trying to build a support form builder. This is an MVP with other features coming soon. - I would get legit feedback for the screenshots.
