Show HN: I built an online state machine editor (protocoldesigner.dev)

I built it with some thoughts to solve some centralized state management problems.

I feel like you should put the shortcuts in the sidebar instead of having a link to a page with the shortcuts.

I quickly get into a state (hah) where shortcuts stop working or error out with "multiple nodes selected".

The world needs better pricing models for such tools. Monthly fee, even a cheap one, is just too much of a congitive load. Maybe a subscription service for many SaaS that allocates fees to its components according to a usage based formula? Would be difficult to get incentives right.
Yep, you're right! I should think of a better strategy.
How does this compare to the state machine editor on https://state.new ?
Seems stately.ai has a stronger descriptive power. Protocoldesigner doesnt have mature features now, and not even a best practice.
I prefer the state table because it forces you to consider every transition.
