I have concerns that this will expose some information I may not want to expose - for example, I don't think I'd want my current employer to know that I sent a resume to a competitor, and had it successfully pass.

We do have the ability to be anonymous if you want! Also, we warn people to remove all personal info on your resume before posting.

It's actually a good idea. I have a question on how you will decide which resumes will pass the screening. like what will be the criteria.

It's not for us to decide, the user will say if this resume passed the screening.

We're also exploring additional verification methods, such as sending an email screenshot about passing the screening and going to the next interview step.

Who's decide which pass? How you do verify authenticity? Do you do video calls to validate they can talk about what they have written?
