Why does the Apply button on getbackendjobs dot com redirect you to startup dot jobs to the actual site the job is posted to?

I got a chuckle when I saw the getbackendjobs dot com site ask to 'reference getbackendjobs', then on start dot jobs, it says 'reference startup dot jobs' :D

There are also jobs listed that are not available.

Some of the jobs are featured from different job boards, and for the jobs that are not available, we will do well to remove them soon.
