I had a nice IPO success with a company that wasted every dime of my 4 years of comp on projects that would be torn up by politics and the need to only check a box for a features that were never used. Other stints were better mixed from a value perspective, but mostly burns of investor cash. It's why doing something successful is actually newsworthy.
