Show HN: Bread Budgeting – A Gamified Budgeting App Where You Keep a Bread Alive

Over the past 4 months, I have been building Bread - the gamified budgeting app. Many friends have told me that they've wanted to keep better track of their personal finance, but that the existing tools to do so (apps, websites and spreadsheets) were overly complicated for their purposes.

So I've created my first ever app, Bread Budgeting, which aims to make budgeting fun and enjoyable. It rewards good spending habits with collectible bread characters. Keeping within your budget each month will keep Brad (the anthropomorphic bread slice) alive, but go above your limits and watch him burn before your eyes.

The app also features custom categories and bank sync (for US accounts), along with AI powered automatic categorization of transactions
