Any technical information on how this hack was done?

Does WebEX send its communication in plain text and was the hotel wifi in Singapore comprimised? Or was it the guy's computer? Or something else?

plain old phone bugging...he was using a phone call relaying to WebEx...in a hotel...overseas(in Singapore)...thats why its so embarrassing

Just how stupid it is to use closed corporate and even foregihn software for such confidential communication. This should not even be used in companies much less in such settings.
