People misinterpret “dead” as close to 0. Something can still be virtually dead, too unpopular to have enough resources.

I wish RSS well but it’s by hackers for hackers. Non tech people want to scroll within platforms, they don’t surf the web anymore.

Could be some matrix.org bots that poll the rss feed and send the rss feed as messages. Basically using the matrix messenger as a feed reader with notifications.
