From the website I don't know what this is or why I should use it over other products.

My personal preference is a local only notes, where I don't need a Google account to use it.

There's loads of similar products out there, what's the killer feature that would make people sign-up to this?

How do you differentiate yourself from Obsidian/Roam/Foam/Dendron? It's not clear from your site.

Where are notes stored? Who can access them? Are they encrypted on disk?

Currently the notes are encrypted and stored on server. We are also building the app so that, the notes can be stored locally.
