How do you figure Amazon is failing? I doubt anybody’s AWS bill has declined lately
Well the last sentence of their newer LP 'Strive to be Earth’s Best Employer' says:

Leaders have a vision for and commitment to their employees’ personal success, whether that be at Amazon or elsewhere.

I didn't expect them to lean in on the elsewhere.

Here comes the next wave. Who wants to guess which tech company will follow suit first?
