Hi HN,

I'm Stanley, founder of RabbitSign, an unlimited free e-signing service. (Not just a free trial or free tier—completely free.) I'm thrilled to share that the RabbitSign team recently hit a big milestone: RabbitSign has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance with an unqualified opinion!

For those who might not be familiar with SOC 2, it's a rigorous standard that assesses data security and privacy practices. Achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance with an unqualified opinion reflects our unwavering commitment to safeguarding your data and ensuring the highest level of security.

In the interest of transparency, our SOC 2 report is available (subject to terms and conditions) for all RabbitSign users on our compliance reports page.

Wondering how RabbitSign remains sustainable as a free service? We've harnessed the power of AWS Serverless technology, ensuring that it costs less than $1 to process 1000 document signings. This enables us to offer unlimited free e-signing to businesses, nonprofits, and government entities while being both sustainable and profitable.

I'm eager to hear any feedback, suggestions, and other thoughts you might have for RabbitSign. Your input is invaluable to our mission of making e-signing accessible to all. Feel free to post a comment or reach out to me directly at stanley@rabbitsign.com.

Thank you for supporting RabbitSign, and stay tuned for more exciting developments ahead!

Few days ago I was litterally searching same thing and I was thiking same thing how come there is no solution out there with a reasonable free tier.

I just signed up and I am gonna use it going forward almost everywhere.

I would suggest you should create something pay wahterver you can tier. This can help you get some more funds.

Google docs is about to roll out their own version of this within Workspace
