Well, if PG means AGI, then of course intelligence is the universal solution.

(If he means AI classically intended, thank you for the encouragement. And for the encouragement about getting to AGI too. And to that implicit about General Intelligence in general.)

The twitterish lapidary style must have played a role there.

That reads like it was written by ChatGPT. I am not sure there is an "exact opposite", and it's pretty ambiguous.
