Hello! From your perspective, how does Neon compare with Planetscale's offering? (Beyond the core MySQL vs Postgres differences)

If someone has a bit of experience with both MySQL and Postgres and isn't attached to either, is there a differentiating factor between Neon and Planetscale offerings?

Or are they close enough that it's essentially a MySQL vs Postgres decision?
